Stephanie Balendra is the co-founder of Homes N Spaces Lanka Properties (Private) Limited, established with a vision to raise service standards while promoting ethics and professionalism in Sri Lanka’s rapidly evolving real estate sector.

She is a Panel Judge for the Asia Property Awards (Sri Lanka), bringing valuable industry insight and expertise to one of the region’s most respected property award platforms.

Prior to her career in real estate, Stephanie spent over 15 years working in the insurance and financial services sectors in London, UK. She is also a Global Mobility and Intercultural Training Coach, having trained expats from across Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

Furthermore, Stephanie specializes in the marketing of luxury and ultra high-networth properties in Sri Lanka. She advises international investors and develops bespoke marketing strategies for premium villas, penthouses and other exclusive real estate assets.

Naomi Wanigasekera is the Marketing Manager at Homes N Spaces, bringing with her five years of experience in the Sales and Marketing sector. Prior to her role, Naomi pursued extensive studies and work in the field of psychology in Australia, which has equipped her with valuable insights into consumer behavior and effective communication. In her current position, Naomi oversees & collaborates closely with the team to promote properties, enhance brand awareness, and drive both sales and rentals. Her strategic approach and attention to detail make her an integral part of the team.
